Enrollment
Student NEW to LAUSD
In order to register a new student, please bring the following items to the main office:
- Proof of age for child (Birth Certificate, Baptismal or Passport)
- Immunization record
- Parent identification
- Proof of residence (rental agreement, mortgage payments or utility bill - no phone bills accepted)
- Current copy of IEP, if student receives special education services
Current LAUSD student
In order to register a student who already attends another LAUSD school, please bring the following items to the main office:
- Pupil Accounting Report (PAR) from the previous LAUSD school
- Parent identification
- Proof of residence (rental agreement, mortgage payment or utility bill - no phone bills accepted)
- Current copy of IEP, if student receives special education services
